I went to an Open House there on Saturday. really cool stuff
going on advertizing all their arts and dance classes etc. I've
never seen a semi-naked lady being painted in university city
before.......and such a cool dance improv.
Check this place out.
Nan Modern Food by Tallulah

After seeing a movie about French cuisine, I was in the mood for
some good food. So I went to Nan. Asian/French food. I had a
delicious bowl of cold cucumber soup to die for accompanied by
a sublime crusty french bread roll. Then I moved to Thai
chicken curry which satisfied all my foodie wants for the
evening! Excellent place, but remember to bring your own
alcohol. It is a BYOB. The decor could use a little help but don't
let that put you off. Well worth a visit. University City Arts League by Tallulah

So there is a lot going on at The Arts League, dance, music, art,
pottery etc etc.
And now they tell me they are retiring their old logo. And need
inspiration for a replacement....in other words A COMPETITION!

On the way out of my fitness class tonight I looked in on the
exhibit in the gallery. Very cool creations made of tiny wooden
pieces of demolished houses. Awesome. It's there for a couple
more weeks. Worth checking out even if you are not working

Utterly wonderful exhibits with the friendliest guard I have ever
met in a museum. Take your kids and she will explain all to
them.

They have some very intereting art on the walls to look at while
you sip. Hate it? sometimes. Love it? Sometimes. Never

You could be anyone, looking anyhow, wanting to do anything
artistic and you will feel at home in this unique victorian twin
filled with amazing wonderful people, paintings and pots!!
