The potato salad is to die for- Unfortunately, Dahlak is overrated and overpriced, especially given the stingy portions.
So, I learned to make my own Ethiopian Potato Salad. (You can buy Injera, the wonderful fermented "flatbread", at International Foods on 42nd and Walnut!)
