Marco Lentini’s, (founder of Già Pronto) particular inspiration behind Taglio is the pizza-al-taglio sold throughout Italy as a simple and delicious rectangular sheet pan pizza. “Pizza-al-taglio” translates into “pizza by the cut”, as each customer’s portion is custom cut from a large rectangular tray.
Taglio has imported their Made in Italy oven, perfected their authentic Italian dough recipe, and sells their pizzas just like you’d find in Italy. Only the highest quality ingredients, usually sourced from Italy are used in our pizzas. Dough is made on premise and allowed to rise over two days, ensuring the true time honored Italian process is used, resulting in a lighter, more digestible baked product.
