Considering Drexel goes to school year round there isn't actually a time with no kids. Sorry cornflake.
But the happy hours are great and if you are in the mood for a strong drink, chips and salsa, or some vegan, yes there are full vegan options, and you don't mind sitting close to the other costumers then definitely go.

I love this place, I really do. Great food & excellent specials.
My tip is to go in the Summer when the college kids aren't around. |
